Experience the charm of seafaring tradition with our Medium Manila Rope Fender with 2 loops, handcrafted in Sweden with passion and precision – and shipped free worldwide. The two loops makes it handy for both horizontal and vertical use.
Each fender is carefully knotted by hand using methods that have stood the test of time, offering more than just protection – it’s a testament to artisanal skill and sustainable ingenuity, designed for today’s waters with yesterday’s soul.
Made from 26 mm Manila rope, this fender brings the best of nature to your dock. Known for its strength and timeless appeal, the rope is hand-twisted by artisans at a historic Swedish rope factory, following age-old techniques. Reclaimed from the very ropewalk where it was born, it takes 8–10 meters of this sturdy Manila to craft a fender that’s 60 cm (23,6 inches) long and 11 cm (4.3 inches) in diameter – a versatile size for mid-sized boats.
Opting for our handmade fenders means choosing sustainability. This reclaimed rope offers an eco-friendly alternative to plastic, merging environmental responsibility with nautical elegance. Looking for variety? We also craft with synthetic hemp and jute to suit your preferences.

Care instructions
To maintain functionality, it should be allowed to dry thoroughly when getting wet. The most important thing is that the fenders hang above the water surface. This allows them to dry naturally. Proper care, including rinsing off salt and dirt with fresh water, letting the rope dry well, and optionally oiling it, reduces drying and rot—especially in manila. In this way, the fender’s natural beauty and durability are preserved.
